Static and Dynamic Evaluation of Financing Efficiency in Enterprises’ Low-Carbon Supply Chain: PCA–DEA–Malmquist Model Method

The dual-carbon target brings severe challenges to enterprise financing. Low-carbon supply chain financing has become a key measure by which enterprises break through the bottleneck. How accurately evaluate and optimize financial efficiency of low-carbon is great significance. We developed behavior scale for constructed evaluation index system enterprises’ chain. Based on qualitative quantitative data 205 listed companies, we combine PCA model with DEA–Malmquist conduct static dynamic analysis results show that culture, sports, entertainment industries needs be improved. pure technical information transmission, software, technology services low. total factor productivity water conservancy, environment public facilities management, real estate industry fluctuated significantly. In this regard, must characteristics improve using processes improvement, selection environmental protection materials, collaborative emission reduction constraints promote realization national target.
